2002 Hyundai Sonata Sedan - Needs work in Dartmouth, NS

This vehicle needs some repairs to pass inspection and I do not have the time, tools or skill to do it. It will not pass inspection as is because of the following:

1. 1 of the 4 winter tires needs to be replaced;
2. there are pin holes in the exhaust pipe;
3. the rack and pinion needs to be replaced as it is leaking;
4. it needs body work by the rear doors; and
5. one of the bushings needs to be replaced in the rear control arm.

It is not dangerous to drive, none of the above problems are safety issues. Otherwise, the car is actually in pretty good shape. There are a few rust bubbles but no holes anywhere else in the vehicle. The undercarriage is in good shape. The front and rear subframes were replaced on a recall, the brakes were redone 2 years ago, the interior is in decent condition and it had a new alternator last year. It has had regular oil changes. The timing belt was replaced 3 years (30,000km) ago. It gets driven regularly and still drives fine, just needs the work done above to pass and I want something newer that will not require as much work. I have put roughly $750 a year into it for the past 4 years, which is probably average, but the above work is going to cost about $2000 if I have to pay a garage.
